For a business that has recently launched and/or has an annual gross revenue of less than $50,000. For businesses that exceed this amount, package prices will increase incrementally.

SEARCH, OPINION & APPLICATION FILING

COMPREHENSIVE PACKAGE: 15-day turnaround*= $1,395

  • Comprehensive search of federal and state databases, common law sources, social media, and domain names.
  • Report and chart of relevant marks.
  • Opinion regarding clearance of one mark.
  • Filing of one trademark application in one (1) class**, not including USPTO filing fees.
  • Responses to non-substantive Office Actions (e.g., disclaimers, specimen issues, ID of goods/services, and other informalities).
  • Monitoring of all deadline dates for the life of the application/registration.
  • An additional fee of $495 per search applies if the initial mark does not clear and an additional search is required.
PAY FOR THIS PACKAGE

PREMIUM PACKAGE: 10-day turnaround* = $1,695

  • Comprehensive search of federal and state databases, common law sources, social media, and domain names.
  • If the first mark presents availability concerns, we will conduct a search of a second mark at no additional charge. The client must agree to proceed with an alternative mark at the time we identify potential issues.
  • Report and chart of relevant marks for one mark.
  • Opinion regarding clearance of one mark.
  • Filing of one trademark application in three (3) classes**, not including USPTO filing fees.
  • Includes attorney fees for assignments, amendments, and changes to applicant or correspondent information.
  • Responses to non-substantive Office Actions (e.g., disclaimers, specimen issues, ID of goods/services, and other informalities).
  • Unlimited trademark consultation and legal advice.
  • Monitoring of all deadline dates for the life of the application/registration.
  • An additional fee of $495 per search applies if the initial marks do not clear and an additional search is required.

PREMIUM PLUS PACKAGE: 5-day turnaround*= $1,995

  • Comprehensive search of federal and state databases, common law sources, social media, and domain names.

  • Search of up to five (5) proposed marks to identify the mark most likely to clear

    • Clients should provide marks in priority order.

    • We will discontinue searching once a viable option is identified.

    • If more than two marks are reviewed, additional time may be required and the 5-day turnaround may not be achievable.

  • Report and chart of relevant mark for one mark.
  • Opinion regarding clearance of one mark.
  • Filing of one trademark application in three (3) classes**, not including USPTO filing fees.
  • Additional filing of a design/logo mark (without a search or clearance of the design) in three (3) classes, not including USPTO filing fees.
  • Includes attorney fees for assignments, amendments, and changes to applicant or correspondent information.
  • Responses to non-substantive Office Actions (e.g., disclaimers, specimen issues, ID of goods/services, and other informalities).
  • Unlimited trademark consultation and legal advice.
  • Monitoring of all deadline dates for the life of the application/registration.
  • An additional fee of $495 per search applies if the initial marks do not clear and an additional search is required.

Please note: to search and clear a word and a design mark, there is a fee associated with the word mark and another fee for the design mark. There would also be separate USPTO fees for the filing of two applications for the design mark and the word mark, unless you choose to file a composite mark which includes both the word and design appearing together.

*Turnaround time may not be met if client communication is not immediate and/or additional marks are required.

**$150 attorney fee per additional class.
