PREMIUM PACKAGE: 15-day turnaround* = $1,295

  • search of federal and state databases, common law marks, social media, and domain names.
  • we will perform a search of a second mark if we determine the first mark may have availability issues. Client must agree to go forward with a different mark, at the point we communicate the possible issues.
  • includes attorney fees for assignment of ownership, amendment to application, changes to applicant’s address, and other correspondent information.
  • report and chart of relevant marks.
  • opinion regarding clearance of one mark.
  • filing of one trademark application in 3 classes, not including USPTO filing fee**.
  • responses to non-substantive office actions (objections based on disclaimers, specimen, ID of goods/services, and any other informalities).
  • monitoring of deadline dates for the life of application/registration.

  • additional searches after the 3 can be performed at $395 each

  • filing of one application in three (3) classes, not including USPTO filing fee**.
  • additional filing of design/logo mark [without a search or clearance of design] in 3 classes, not including USPTO filing fee**.

  • short opinion regarding clearance of the mark.
  • filing of trademark application in one class, not including USPTO filing fee**.

  • limited trademark consultation and legal advice.

Please note: to search and clear a word and a design mark, there is a fee associated with the word mark and another fee for the design mark. There would also be separate USPTO fees for the filing of two applications for the design mark and the word mark, unless you choose to file a composite mark which includes both the word and design appearing together.
